Welcome to Stones & Bracelets. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services. By using our website, www.stonesandbracelets.com, or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our site.

1. Eligibility

To purchase from our website, you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these criteria.

2. Products and Descriptions

All our jewelry is made to order. The images shown on the product pages are non-contractual and correspond to 18 cm bracelets, which are used for presentation purposes. The actual appearance, including the number of gemstones, may vary depending on the bracelet length selected.

Gemstone characteristics such as carat weight, size, and count may vary slightly depending on the length chosen and the nature of the stones used — particularly for colored gemstones, where slight differences in cut and proportion are inherent to their artisanal nature. Product information is provided as a general guide and may differ slightly from the final piece.

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all descriptions, prices, or other content are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to update information at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Currency

All prices on our website are displayed in USD. These prices are fixed throughout the store based on your location. At checkout, however, the final payment is processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). The conversion rate is applied automatically by Shopify at the time of payment.

We do not charge additional fees for currency conversion, but your bank or credit card issuer may apply a foreign exchange fee.

Prices include free international shipping. Taxes, including U.S. sales tax (if applicable), are calculated automatically by Shopify based on your shipping destination.

4. Orders & Cancellations

All our jewelry is handcrafted to order. Production begins after your order is confirmed. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started.

However, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original, unworn condition, without any signs of use or damage, and with all original packaging and documentation. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in the case of suspected fraud, supply limitations, or pricing errors.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free international shipping on all orders. Once your order is complete and ready for dispatch, you will receive tracking information via email.

All shipments are insured and handled by trusted carriers such as DHL and FedEx. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs procedures, and Stones & Bracelets is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Any customs duties or import taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unworn and in original condition
Free from any damage or alteration
Returned with all original packaging, certificates, and documentation

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@stonesandbracelets.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the stated conditions. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

7. Warranty

All Stones & Bracelets pieces are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage due to misuse, accidents, or negligence
Alterations or repairs made by third parties

To request a warranty service, please contact us at contact@stonesandbracelets.com with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. If eligible, we will provide return instructions or offer an appropriate resolution.

This warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Stones & Bracelets website — including but not limited to product images, videos, text, logos, graphics, designs, and 3D renderings — is the intellectual property of Stones & Bracelets or its content providers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, display, or exploit any part of the website or its content without our prior written consent. Use of our content for any commercial purpose or for resale is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to take legal action against any unauthorized use or infringement of our intellectual property rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stones & Bracelets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

We make no guarantees regarding the uninterrupted or error-free functioning of our website or its compatibility with your devices.
